Collective Consciousness - Collective Mind
Our humanity and different animals species have their own group collective consciousness where when enough members awakens to a new realization, makes most others elevate their consciousness too.
One example is what's called "The 100th Monkey Effect" where in 1953 a female monkey discovered that by washing the sweet potatoes that was covered with sand it solved the unpleasant flavor of eating sand. After few years almost all monkeys were washing the sweet potatoes and afterwards all monkeys in other island with no contact with the original group, were also washing the potatoes.
All of us humans are connected to humanity's collective mind where there is the group level of awakening that we've attained so far and is transitioning to a 4th level of consciousness.
In our history there are many instances where most discoveries and inventions were done by different individuals independently at the same time.

Another example is the discovery of oxygen by Carl Wilhelm Scheele, Joseph Priestley, and Antoine Lavoisier in the 18th century. (Wikipedia)
It was predicted by many old civilizations that we needed at least 144000 highly consciousness individuals to make our humanity to jump to the next level in our evolution. The 144000 enlightened masters in Native American prophecy, the 144000 light workers in the bible.
These workers of the light is the minimum that our humanity requires to make all of our humanity connect to a higher level of consciousness, similar to the minimum of around 100 monkeys required to pass new knowledge to all monkeys of that species.
Our Extraterrestrial brothers are helping us as much as they can without breaking cosmic rules, one of the helps was what the ET's call "The Fifth Column". There are people from earth that were going to die or disappear in the last 300 years, rescued and took them to Morlen (Ganymede) to live with them and helped them awakened their consciousness.
These 12000 humans with a higher consciousness now, began to return mostly unknown to us in 1987 to different parts of the world to work on helping humanity in our awakening.
These help our minimum number of the 144000 that can connect to our Collective Mind. The 144000 are not chosen, they are self chosen by anyone who dedicates their lives to others and are helping our humanity jump to the 4th level of consciousness, level that our earth as a planet or school of learning, already started to pass since the "Planetary Birth" on December 21 of 2012.
Let's elevate our vibrations, thoughts, send positive energy, prayers, do actions with kind, help others, etc. And send thoughts/energy of harmony, happiness, healing, kindness, help, hope, etc. to the Collective Mind.
Let's help our humanity pass these final tests of 3rd dimensional level.

The 100th Monkey Effect
In the early 1950's in a Japanese island, scientists gave monkeys sweet potatoes drop in the sand, the monkeys enjoyed the taste buy it was unpleasant.
An 18-month-old female named Imo discovered she could solve this problem by washing the potatoes in a nearby stream. She taught this trick to her mother, and her playmates quickly learned and shared it with their mothers.
Between 1952 and 1958, all the young monkeys learned to wash their sweet potatoes. Only the adults who imitated their children adopted this improvement, while others continued eating the dirty potatoes.
Then, in the autumn of 1958, something remarkable occurred. By that time, a number of Koshima monkeys were washing sweet potatoes, but the exact number was unknown. Suppose there were 99 monkeys washing sweet potatoes one morning, and later that day, the hundredth monkey learned the trick. Suddenly, by evening, nearly all the monkeys on the island were washing their sweet potatoes.
The Hundredth Monkey Effect illustrates a mechanism for the transference of ideas that applies to all sentient beings. We exist within a global mind, constantly receiving and transmitting mental images and information.

Morphic resonance
Sheldrake's morphic resonance posits that "memory is inherent in nature" and that "natural systems ... inherit a collective memory from all previous things of their kind."[15] Sheldrake proposes that it is also responsible for "telepathy-type interconnections between organisms." His advocacy of the idea offers idiosyncratic explanations of standard subjects in biology such as development, inheritance, and memory.

Morphic fields in biology
All cells come from other cells, and all cells inherit fields of organization. Genes are part of this organization. They play an essential role. But they do not explain the organization itself. Why not?
Thanks to molecular biology, we know what genes do. They enable organisms to make particular proteins. Other genes are involved in the control of protein synthesis. Identifiable genes are switched on and particular proteins made at the beginning of new developmental processes.
Some of these developmental switch genes, like the Hox genes in fruit flies, worms, fish and mammals, are very similar. In evolutionary terms, they are highly conserved. But switching on genes such as these cannot in itself determine form, otherwise fruit flies would not look different from us.
Many organisms live as free cells, including many yeasts, bacteria and amoebas. Some form complex mineral skeletons, as in diatoms and radiolarians, spectacularly pictured in the nineteenth century by Ernst Haeckel.
Just making the right proteins at the right times cannot explain the complex skeletons of such structures without many other forces coming into play, including the organizing activity of cell membranes and microtubules.
Most developmental biologists accept the need for a holistic or integrative conception of living organization. Otherwise biology will go on floundering, even drowning, in oceans of data, as yet more genomes are sequenced, genes are cloned and proteins are characterized.
I suggest that morphogenetic fields work by imposing patterns on otherwise random or indeterminate patterns of activity. For example they cause microtubules to crystallize in one part of the cell rather than another, even though the subunits from which they are made are present throughout the cell.
Morphogenetic fields are not fixed forever, but evolve. The fields of Afghan hounds and poodles have become different from those of their common ancestors, wolves. How are these fields inherited?
I propose that that they are transmitted from past members of the species through a kind of non-local resonance, called morphic resonance.
The fields organizing the activity of the nervous system are likewise inherited through morphic resonance, conveying a collective, instinctive memory. Each individual both draws upon and contributes to the collective memory of the species.
