An Extraterrestrial is an Inter Dimensional Being from different planets located in our solar system or beyond.
Us, humans are also inter Dimensional beings except that the majority is not aware of it.

The more advanced in consciousness and dimension, the higher their vibrational frequency is. The higher the dimension is then the body is less dense with more energy and light.
