Ganymede, the largest of Jupiter's moons, discovered by Galileo in 1610. It's called Morlen by the Extraterrestrials.
This artificial life-supported satellite, created by the people of Orion, was colonized in ancient times by the Patriarchs of that civilization. Among them, the principal Master was Ramanes, along with Oxil.
They concluded that the satellite's mission would be to serve as a Colony of Colonies and that they should seek out planets whose races needed saving.
Currently, it comprises six major cities: Crystal City (headquarters of the Confederation Council and the Scientific Centers, as well as the ship base), Confraternity City (Colonies), Omund, Morla, Ramanes, and Solma.
