It consists of the 3 lower mortal bodies out of the seven bodies that each of us humans have. These bodies die when the silver cord that connects the Astral Body and the Physical Body.
It is used to learn lessons, love and experience life in different aspects, situations, races, environments, and the masculine and feminine sex. These lessons and experiences are accumulated in the immortal Higher Self.
These are:
o The dense material Physical Body: which is the biological container of the other bodies.
o The Astral Body: which is the body of emotions and desires, still physical but of higher vibrations than the physical one.
o The Lower Mental Body: which is personality and character.
