Amados hermanos, as you know, recently held an unusual reunion in South America. This is a Council that has brought together those who we meet participating and envueltos in The Cosmic Plan, which focuses on its actions in the actuality of the planet Earth, the only one who is still in the possibility of realizing the culmination of the process for which it was devised.
It is not easy to summarize a Council or Conclave of such proportions—nor to explain it—because, unlike yours, where each person presents what they have in hand—whether it be their own contribution or what they have been entrusted to share—and where ideas are discussed, listened to, and questioned, leading ultimately to the drawing of conclusions and the reaching of agreements.
With us there are long hours of internal silence, of searching on the Higher Planes for peace and harmony and shared energy with other delegates, representatives or participants.
We all gather in circles of silence in a common effort to orient our minds towards the opening of the windows that allow us to look further ahead, from the front to the sides.
Key pieces have been Xendor and the terrestrial representatives of each of the White Brotherhood Retreats. They have opened up to us the possibility of projecting ourselves into a possible future that was not directly ours, in order to be able to feel and perceive it. And all of this had to be experienced personally on Earth.
The deliberations and exchanges of information in our form were carried out inside the deep caverns beneath Paititi, the legendary lost city of the Incas.
There, sheltered by Mother Earth, and surrounded by green pyramidal crystals, we trace the plan of action for the next 7 planetary years, years of a more intense spiritual action than throughout history.
It is certain that the main steps correspond to humanity, and we, only as companions, come to be a company of solidarity, as long as we are careful, because your time will be a liberation from collective exhaustion for everyone, and it represents a new horizon that opens up for everyone.
Don't worry about the great challenges that anyone will have to face, just keep the inner strength to overcome them.
To continue, I share with you a part of what was transmitted in the Extraterrestrial and Intraterrestrial Conclave of Paititi:
From the Blue base of the Confederacy of the Worlds in Alto Paititi, in the forests of the Madre de Dios (Peru), in the main meeting of the representatives of the leaders of the Rahma Mission, and of many other operational missions in the planet Earth, counting with the presence of the Elder Master Joaquín, representing to the colonies in the Moons of Jupiter, coinciding with the beginning of Earth in year 7 of the Regresive Age, for the culmination of the Cosmic Plan.
We declare that we begin the stage corresponding to the actions leading to extraterrestrial collaboration in the culmination of this Plan.
These actions are limited to protecting, supporting and facilitating the connection with the archives of the White Brotherhood.
For a long time we have mastered our technological development, as our first-born condition in this creation, to achieve a vertical action that suits the other worlds.
We use our expert and manifested psychic ability in relation to the planets implicated in the experiment, learning and desiring ourselves.
All this has allowed us to be capable of directing our steps and actively influencing them.
It is not so easy to understand how it often happens between you and your children (directing it to the assistants of the White Brotherhood of Earth) that the time has come to respect the freedom of those who have to grow for themselves and build their own life.
Many times we have been slowed down, constrained or restricted in our human capacity and will to act in this or that direction.
Reasons and excuses we care about a lot. But we are connected to this moment, which is the growth that we have to define as intermediaries; moment in which you have to make full use of the exercise of your will without powering up any possible interventions.
This is the time that connects the end of a cycle with the person who can complete this mega adventure and in which one can fulfill the great hopes of one, as well as the terrible hardships of others.
We are referring to those fearful of the consequences of the vibrational elevation of planet Earth and of the human beings who live in it. A humanity like yours, free and original, is an unpredictable development for everyone.
They (Negative Internal Government) are the source of dizzying changes and modifications of patrons with possible catastrophic consequences for those who adhere to old structures.
For thousands of years the goals and processes to achieve them have been clear, and the reality is that what was ideally kept perfectly structured from case to case.
It didn't work. But now that we are at the point of reaching the goal, having followed the considerations a proper development on the basis of our errors and your qualities, everything makes us confused and unsure.
This order of things led to some of the most elevated questions of the Mental Universe, and through its influence, of the Material Universe, to discuss and place in the mental canvas the reality of the existence of the Spiritual Universe, and therefore, the necessity of reconnecting with it, coming through it without using any of the Cosmic Plan.
Thus, the spiritual realm was denied as the origin of all things and all beings, while the mental realm was elevated to the highest category.
Since these premises originated from the highest echelons, their capacity for influence was immense. Consequently, a vision of life and reality devoid of any emotion was imposed—one in which the mind, reason, and intellect were cultivated above all else.
All of this plunged the universe into an inescapable existential void—a form of depression that could only be counteracted through social work and total dedication to every conceivable activity, including silent meditation—yet not for the purpose of listening, but rather to cease doing so.
Nevertheless, deep within the consciousness of many, hope persisted that a change would eventually occur—a significant shift that would trigger a cascade of further transformations.
The project was permitted to continue solely because various factions sought to use it to validate their respective conclusions—specifically, to prove or disprove the existence of that "other reality" which lay beyond the grasp of mental perception.
Rather than being a genuine attempt to bring about change, this project—from the very moment of its inception—was designed as an effort to demonstrate that change was impossible, that it simply would not work.
Its true aim was to convince us all that, having attained the elevated state achieved by the highest beings, we had reached the ultimate ideal—thereby imposing limits upon a limitless universe, and convincing ourselves that stagnation was the natural outcome, and that only through negation and emptiness could we escape such a dismal predicament.
Thus, every effort was made to keep the project in isolation, shielding its executors from any possibility of "contamination." To the greatest extent possible, these executors were required to refrain from any intervention that was overly direct or decisive.
Yet, one by one, the Sowers stumbled; they were affected by the active energies of the UR planets (like earth)—by emotions and feelings. Subsequently, the Guardians, the Watchers, and even the Instructors fell under this same influence.
Those who conceived the Cosmic Plan and carried it out—despite the high level of consciousness they maintained—initiated something that, in the course of the process, eventually slipped from their grasp, acquiring a development and will of its own; while it furthered the initial purpose, it discarded any possibility of remaining a guided and controlled process.
Expectations have been shaken and overwhelmed by the emergence of variables never before contemplated.
Thus, Planet Earth—a world reborn so many times, which throughout history has resisted vanishing and refuses to abandon the race even after being pushed to the brink—stands as the ideal and unique stage for "Cosmic Redemption."
Many civilizations have paraded across the face of Planet Earth, leaving their indelible mark upon it—for better or for worse. And not a few of them have remained here, exerting a decisive influence to this very day.
Far from being counterproductive, this has actually ensured the possibility of a "reconnection of the ages," keeping humanity poised to remember and reclaim its privileged station.
This is not a justification; it is simply the acknowledgment of a reality. The more attempts have been made to thwart the realization of the Plan, the more has been done to ensure its fulfillment.
Now that humanity finds itself in its current predicament—facing, both consciously and unconsciously, immense pressures and trials, both internal and external—many are those who doubt and fear failure. Yet others of us wait with confidence and hope—at times bordering on impatience and restlessness.
Humanity has entered the final stretch: a choice between awakening or indefinite slumber; between fulfillment or denial. And here we stand—feeling increasingly constrained yet ever more expectant—knowing that what we must do now is simply... *believe!*
A segment of humanity has begun to recover the memory and knowledge of the essential purpose of its existence—of a transcendental role that, while at times incomprehensible, calls for far more *feeling* than *understanding*.
And it is through those who are now awakening that countless others will eventually be stirred to action.
Humanity is gradually reclaiming its capacity to see beyond the immediate—doing so by rediscovering the true significance of the example set by certain great human beings, such as the Master Jesus, who—thanks to his own preparation—served as a living bridge for the manifestation of the Father-Mother Principle.
There have been beings who managed to connect with that which others had preferred to deny—or reduce to the category of an unattainable and nonexistent ideal—dismissing it as a mere philosophical or metaphysical speculation.
Yet their awakening brought with it hope—and our own awakening—demonstrating to us that it *is* indeed possible; that this other, higher reality *does* exist, and that it can be reached through the full experience of love.
Now, we truly believe that a new order of things is possible, guided by new paradigms; and that humanity as a collective—no longer merely as a collection of individuals—possesses the capacity to show us the way.
Regrettably, however, not everyone agrees with this; their fear of change—along with their arrogance and pride—prevents them from seeing a new horizon: one that is unknown, yet full of hope.
Consequently, over the last several thousand years, they (the Negative Internal Brotherhood) have become embroiled in a growing animosity toward the Earth—celebrating every failure and stumble of human beings, and instigating various actions that harm it, both directly and indirectly.
It is also painful to acknowledge that, in the face of this, there has been inaction on our part—or interventions that were unclear and lacked decisiveness—justified by the apparent need to push humanity's potential to its absolute limit in hopes of achieving an optimal outcome... This serves as a summary of what was set forth and experienced.
To complement this, I tell you that just as it was through a female of the species (Adam born from Eve) that the conditions were established for the emergence of proper humanity, so too will it be through women that the gateways are cleared of all interference, thereby enabling humanity's definitive transition into that other reality which awaits it.
That transition shall be the "Great Planetary Birth." (Dec 21, 2012). For this reason, 14 individuals will accompany the journey as far as the Gate of Paititi; however, only 7 of them—four men and three women—will cross the *Mecanto*, and, guided by the "Lady of Light," they will arrive exactly where they are meant to be.
Once they have crossed to the other side, their number will become 8, for the Mother herself will welcome them. Have no fear; you will be guided and protected at every moment. Give priority to those who remained steadfast throughout the entire period of preparation and during the unfolding of the mission.
Therefore, remain attentive to all manner of signs—including the dreams you and the other mission members will experience both before and during the journey—for these will serve as your guides, enabling you to commence the tasks that have been foreseen for you even before your arrival, and to do so with the requisite preparation and attitude.
We convey this to you because you are being invited to bring certain stages to their culmination—summoned by the (Cosmic) Hierarchies to seal off certain processes, even as you simultaneously open the way for others.
The specific dates will be provided so that you may begin adjusting your preparations and mindset starting now. All those who have self-assembled under the symbolism of the "144" must arrive in Cusco (Peru) during the first week of August. There will, therefore, be two outings involving everyone: one to the Huaypo Lagoon and the other to Moray—the place where the circles close.
Do not concern yourselves with coordinating the details too extensively. Allow everything to flow naturally; simply inform everyone that the conditions will be favorable for general participation—even from a distance.
It is hearts and souls that are being called upon to serve as instruments for extraordinary and powerful forces, in order to bring balance to unfolding events; they will know how to find their way there. We reiterate: remain attentive to the signs, for they will abound and multiply daily as you draw closer to the fulfillment of it all.
This journey will represent not only a monumental step in the reconnection of the ages, but also a pivotal moment in the liberation of hidden knowledge and in the revelation of the specific details of this process.
The 144—as you already know—embodies unity in preparation, in steadfastness, and in continuity. It represents balance achieved through a positive attitude, held with unwavering conviction. It signifies a rebirth into something new—a transformation attained by overcoming oneself and by rising above all the events and circumstances unfolding around you.
How are you to invite participants to the Journey of Paititi? How are you to select them? You may well ask. Deliver the invitation to every doorstep, to every mind, and to every heart that is open and willing; and those who were prepared beforehand will respond.
From among those who respond will emerge the very ones who were foreseen. Were they fully conscious of the moment and of the responsibility it entails, they would not cease their preparations.
What is it that they will find and behold there?
That we have been waiting for you since immemorial time; and that, in the deepest recesses of our collective being, we have always believed in you—which is precisely why so many have feared or envied you.
So press onward, missionaries of the Light, for the time has come.
