The Intraterrestrial Beings

Human beings are multidimensional entities, possessing seven vehicles or bodies living simultaneously in a seven-dimensional universe where connection is possible with our reality and with other realities, which may be parallel universes perceptible through the planes of consciousness (vibrational states of physical, mental, and spiritual attunement), since everything is vibration.
Vibration allows us to communicate, which can be physical, sensory, mental (telepathic), astral, spiritual, or, to put it another way, interdimensional. We can establish this communication with other people within our reality, or transcending established boundaries with the group soul of animals, with the elementals of nature; and why not, even with those who, having disincarnated, have not yet fully transcended or relinquished their attachments to the physical plane. In this sense, we must always remember that there are things that, although possible, should not be done.
Upon discovering that we are limitless beings, we could all the more readily consider communicating with more advanced extraterrestrial beings visiting us in high-tech spacecraft, or with mysterious and legendary subterranean beings, remnants of vanished civilizations, hidden deep within the Earth's crust; or with luminous and immaterial extraterrestrial beings who have been called angels or archangels since ancient times.
The purpose of communication is mutual learning. We all have much to share and much to learn, so it is good and useful to remain open, knowing how to listen, because only those who know how to listen can learn and will, in due course, be able to transmit what they have learned.
In the Universe, no one is better than anyone else. Each person is at a different stage of evolution, and we can all benefit from observing the various processes. Furthermore, no one is truly isolated from the rest; rather, the idea is continuous and constant interaction. Therefore, no one who is a master can have skipped the stage of discipleship. And no one who has been a good student will waste the opportunity to grow by learning to be a good teacher.
Humanity finds itself in the condition of being a disciple of life. Today, everything teaches us, everything tells us something if we know how to keep our senses awake, both physical and internal. The present moment has brought about the liberation of knowledge and its accessibility, with the risk of errors inherent in an abundance of information, much of it contaminated.
After a period characterized by an abundance of teachers, schools, and organizations, today everything points to the awakening of the inner teacher, the one who does not deceive us and who can help us discern and intuit the truth behind the present moment and all that circulates around it. This is a stage with unusual experiences, unexpected encounters, and astonishing revelations, to which each person must open themselves, taking the part that is theirs to take and that they are capable of processing.
In our contact groups, we have continued to receive messages from the Extraterrestrial Guides, but they have emphasized the need to prepare ourselves for contact with the Inner Earth masters; contacts specific to the current stage of the Contact Mission (Rama). Since these contacts have been validated by field experiences, we have opened ourselves to them, and these experiences have also been increasing in number and intensity. Therefore, we can now speak of an Inner Earth connection.
Regarding this subterranean connection, we know that thousands of years ago, a group of thirty-two extraterrestrial beings, from an equal number of different civilizations, descended upon the Gobi Desert in Mongolia. They settled in an extraordinary subterranean city built specifically to house them, called Shamballa. These beings, sent to act as Planetary Instructors for a flourishing humanity, arrived at the behest of the Council of 24 Elders of the Galaxy, or the Government of Wise Masters from the evolved planets of the Milky Way, to accompany the evolutionary process of humankind on Earth and to prepare those worthy to be the guardians of the Archives of Humanity's Hidden Knowledge, or True Planetary History—that which links us to the visitors from the stars.

The time would come when a profound understanding of our process would need to be accessible to all human beings of goodwill, so that those who were prepared could find within it the answers necessary to know and make others understand the collective mission and destiny.
Those extraterrestrials who arrived and landed in Asia later established a network of tunnels and galleries that would link the entire planet, connecting other cities that would form later, due to the planet's own dynamics and those of civilizations. In some of these subterranean cities, established at strategic points around the world, crystals (prison crystals) were placed capable of retaining on this plane a group of conspiratorial beings who were deported here for their inappropriate attitudes and misconduct, and who are known in our myths and legends as the Fallen Angels (negative internal government).
The first to accompany the visitors and make use of the subterranean world were the survivors of the Atlantean civilization, the one that arose as a consequence of the hybridization of extraterrestrial Guardians and Watchers with people from our world. One of those Atlanteans who rescued much of the inherited knowledge and safeguarded it was the very famous and well-known Thoth, or Hermes Trismegistus, who, although he advised the Egyptian culture, maintained close contact with "Amenti" (the Underworld). Atlantean culture survived in peoples like the Nahuatl, who considered themselves heirs of the ancient "Aztlan," an island continent beyond the seas. We need only recall the fabulous city of Tenochtitlan, built on an island in Lake Texcoco in Mexico, full of canals, which, due to its similarity, reminds us of the capital of the legendary Atlantis: Poseidonis or Poseidopolis, mentioned by Plato in his works.
During the long pilgrimage of the Mexica people toward their promised land, they traveled through the interiors of caverns where they connected with wise subterranean masters. In caverns like those of Cerro Culiacán, they received very special instruction that would lead them to discover and fulfill a mission and a destiny.
At the twilight of the Mayan civilization, a significant portion of this people chose to journey to the subterranean world, where they are believed to have remained to this day, making use of knowledge now forgotten outside those realms. The Incas, in one version of the founding of their empire, also mention four clans, called the Ayar Brothers, who emerged from caverns in Cerro Tamputoco in Pacaritambo (Cuzco), bringing with them the knowledge and culture they had received from beings of great wisdom.
Since the establishment of the subterranean kingdom of "Agartha," whose capital was Shamballa, many people with elevated spirits from our world have been called to join the Positive Inner Government of the Planet. Those called to these Retreats or subterranean cities belong to many religions, schools, and philosophies; some even hold high hierarchical ranks, which they obviously renounce once they integrate into this realm of universalism. It is precisely with all of them that what is currently known as "The Great White Brotherhood of the Inner Retreats" or "Planetary Positive Inner Government" has been formed. Some remain there in isolation, while others occasionally infiltrate our society to gauge current events and recruit new members.
The White Brotherhood is comprised of a series of Brotherhoods that act as working teams, fulfilling specific functions on Earth. These include maintaining the light and knowledge despite the efforts of opposing forces that constantly conspire against humanity, systematically destroying or distorting information. Others channel the energies of all the groups working diligently on the surface, according to their vibrational frequency. Among these, the Brotherhood of the Seven Rays stands out. In the Lake Titicaca region (Puno, Peru), they maintain a retreat known as "The Abbey," whose entrance is a gigantic rock formation carved with the Hayumarka Gate, also known as "The Portal of Aramu Muru." This immense gateway, like a blind door, presents an enigma to those not initiated into the knowledge of the Seven Universal Laws and Principles. Those who arrive at this place with the right attitude and heeding an inner calling, having purified and prepared themselves, will not only be able to open the portal using the power of the word or the magic of the verb (the appropriate mantras), but will also connect with the nearby tunnels and galleries that lead to the precise location where they will be received by the masters.

In the dense, humid jungles of Manu in Madre de Dios, also in Peru, lies another retreat located precisely in the Valley of the Blue Moon (Cosñipata Valley), called “El Paititi” or “The Heart of the Heart,” whose secret name, according to the guardians of this retreat, is “Quañachoai.” It was here that the last Incas took refuge, carrying their wisdom with them as they fled the European conquerors, hoping that after five hundred years of planetary purification, as foretold in a prophecy known as “the Pachacuti,” everything would return to its rightful order and the Inca would once again rule.
Paititi is a city built on the Pantiacolla plateau, a mountain where the Siskibenia River originates. In the past, the area's few inhabitants knew of the deep, unfathomable tunnels where the "Paco Pacuris" lived—wise, white-clad guardian masters who guarded the records of the world's history. Access to this city is via the powerful and treacherous Alto Madre de Dios River, continuing along its tributaries, braving the jungle, and arriving after several days at the Pongo de Mainiqui, or Pusharo Canyon. There, a multitude of petroglyphs depicting hearts and human faces appear on a vertical stone wall, warning of entry into a forbidden territory controlled by the White Brotherhood, where only those who can speak the language of the heart can enter and return alive.
Most explorers, upon reaching this point, turn back, for the place violently tests those who approach without sufficient preparation, engulfing them in terrible storms and atmospheric phenomena. If one dares to continue, defying the narrow, perilous, and expansive canyon and the dense jungle, but above all, their own fears, they will arrive after three days at the foot of Pantiacolla Mountain. There, three possible entrances to the city are: through a dark and deceptive square lagoon of stagnant, deep waters, teeming with ferocious predatory fish; or through an intricate, labyrinthine cavern full of abysses and inhabited by jaguars; or through an almost invisible but slippery cave within a waterfall infested with anacondas. Inside the city is a temple, where the "Great Sun Disc" is located, a true Portal between dimensions, which once displayed its esoteric magnificence on the walls of the Coricancha Temple in Cusco.

In Ecuador, within the Cordillera del Cóndor mountain range, lies a network of tunnels that connect the entire Amazon rainforest beneath the surface, and which have remained largely unexplored. The entrance located between the Coangos and Santiago rivers is known as "La Cueva de los Tayos" (The Cave of the Tayos). This impressive cavern boasts colossal dimensions, its artificial nature evident in its gigantic halls and chambers, colossal lintels, and immense carved walls. Some who have descended into it have reported encounters with luminous spheres known as "Caneplas" or "Magnetic Synchronizers," and others have even claimed to have seen beings dressed in white with gigantic statures. It is now believed that these tunnels extend for more than 16 kilometers.
In Brazil, in the Serra da Portiaria mountain range in the state of Goiás, lies the jungle valley of Parauna, where walls up to four kilometers long and four meters high can be seen on the surface. These walls are made of hexagonal basalt stones held together magnetically, guarding an area where collapsed pyramids, some stepped and covered by vegetation, lie hidden. These pyramids contain entrances to subterranean rivers that are believed to lead to the inner world. A similar entrance is also said to exist in the Serra do Roncador mountain range.
In Uruguay, there are also supposedly entrances to the inner world, although some are clearly dimensional in nature, such as those that occasionally open at Estancia La Aurora, between Paysandú and Salto. Others, appearing as caverns, are said to exist in the Serra da Minas mountain range.
At Estancia la Aurora, whose soil is rich in quartz and various crystals, a great energy periodically concentrates, collapsing spacetime and opening a dimensional door or window through which extraterrestrials emerge in their ships or project themselves. Beings of light, or luminous silhouettes with which contact can be established, are often perceived in the surrounding area. There is no subterranean city there, but rather an interdimensional portal through which those who have awakened their potential and possess the appropriate vibration can connect with another reality.

In Argentina, in recent years, there has been an awakening of energy centers and a rediscovery of the retreats of the White Brotherhood, bringing to public attention subterranean cities with which people are learning to connect. Today, the existence of a legend in the welcoming town of Capilla del Monte in Córdoba is widely known and disseminated. This legend tells of the Comechingones indigenous people who managed to escape European conquerors by entering caverns located between the sacred Uritorco mountain and the nearby area of Los Terrones.
The site lies on a powerful telluric energy line, with the Uritorco massif acting as a natural pyramid and cosmic collector, supposedly feeding a subterranean city called "Erks." This city has been sighted etherically on numerous occasions by locals as an organized cluster of lights and structures in the distance.
One of them is said to have established communication with the subterranean inhabitants, receiving the honor of acting as guardian of its entrance. Unfortunately, this person was murdered, and today one of his sons fulfills that role. What is more than evident is the constant presence of UFOs in the area, especially on Cerro El Pajarillo, where immense circular marks of burnt grass have been found on the hills.
Another of the subterranean cities that supposedly exist in Argentina is called "Isidris," located beneath the mountains of Mendoza. There is also the so-called "City of the Caesars," located a short distance from the tourist city of San Carlos de Bariloche in Patagonia. To reach this retreat, one must travel by boat across the lakes and, after several hours of sailing, enter an ecological reserve at the foot of snow-capped mountains, following small trails that lead through dense forests toward beautiful and solitary glaciers, which conceal the underground entrances.
In northern Chile, in La Serena, in the Elqui Valley, lies a magical and esoteric valley known as Cochiguaz. In a remote spot nestled among the mountains, the magnetic energy reaches unimaginable levels, and extraterrestrial craft (UFOs) are frequently observed entering and exiting the mountains. Currently, this area attracts many sincere seekers of enlightenment, who, as masters of the new age, have settled there and guide the pilgrims who come seeking answers and illumination. There is a precise location where three ravines converge on a hill surrounded by stones bearing petroglyphs. There, in an ancient shamanic well, a dimensional portal opened, connecting with the true time of the universe. This experience can still be repeated if one arrives at the right time and with the right attitude.
In Central America, in the Republic of Honduras, there are caves with petroglyphs, very close to the city of Tegucigalpa. The symbols and figures appearing on the walls are very similar to those found in the Amazon rainforest, with recurring motifs such as hearts with human faces, spirals, and labyrinths. All these figures are believed to refer to the existence of a lost subterranean city in the Honduran jungles. This city is said to be called "The White City" and is located in the La Mosquitia rainforest. In several messages, our contact groups have been invited to undertake an expedition to connect with this place, which is expected to take place very soon.

In the southern United States, in the state of California, lies Mount Shasta, an impressive and majestic extinct volcano that is said to contain caverns with one of the inner retreats of the White Brotherhood. There are continuous accounts and testimonies from those who have witnessed the presence of very tall beings dressed in white in the area.
As we can see, there are many places where a connection can be established with the White Brotherhood of inner retreats, and the opportunities for this to occur are multiplying. But why and for what purpose? Are we truly prepared to face the knowledge of our planetary process and the intentions that led beings from other worlds to act on our planet throughout our history? Are we really in a position to know for certain who our planetary parents were, and why and for what purpose we exist?
The current discovery of the presence of beings similar to or different from ourselves; Whether of our own nature or of a different nature coexisting with us in the world, with their own purposes and intentions, this is leading us to a profound confrontation with our beliefs. This is especially true as the possibility of direct dialogue with these beings draws ever closer.
We must prepare ourselves to face the ever-increasing unveiling of secrets and mysteries, as something unstoppable and inherent to our evolutionary stage. This stage means that what is not explicitly stated, we perceive for ourselves, and this intuitive or deduced knowledge will produce significant changes in our worldview, for we are no longer children.
We are in the adolescence of humanity, the moment when we tend to reaffirm our individuality and lay the foundations for our future. It is a period of formation and definition, a time to confront our fears. Therefore, it is good that we know things as they are, so that with maturity we can cope not only with the failings of others but also with our own errors, correcting them as we go.
