Outing example in Unidos en el Contacto (one of the Rama groups).
I joined this group of UFO/ET contact in 1990.
As usual, we were called again to have an outing experience on specific dates, dates that were confirmed by the ET brothers mostly by showing up one of their space ships.
Our main RAMA group in the San Francisco Bay Area of California, consisted of people born in many different Latin America countries: Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia and Ecuador(me).
We also have people from Mexico and other Latin American countries that came to meditate with us, but not regularly.
We all were already graduates from the 24 Rama meditation sessions of instruction, so we were pretty familiar in what we needed to do for the outing, including fasting for at least three days with just water, and tried to be positive in all aspects of our lives, even tried not to watch TV with its negative news for those three days.
We already have had the main tools that the Extraterrestrial brothers give when we are ready to receive them: 1. Our individual Cosmic Name which is the vibrational sound that corresponds to our being and serve as a tool to know our inner self better. 2. The Cesium Crystals that we introduce in our chest and serves like an eight chakra. And 3. The Crystal of Light ( Christic Crystal ) that we introduce in our forehead when we have reached a little higher level of consciousness in what we need to do.
After driving hours to our special outing place near Shasta in California, as soon as some arrived, they mentally created a dome of light protecting the place, our families at home and anyone else that was coming to our outing, and closed the creation with a prayer. We then set up our tents.
We started with meditations taking turns in who would guide it, after all, we have all learned to follow our intuition and practiced it from the beginning thanks to our guide, my Peruvian friend and brother on the Path, that learned it in Peru and came to the US as coordinator of Rama in the US. Rama ceased to exist as an organization many years ago but the groups of contacts spread there too.
Before meditations, we tried to elevate our vibrations by repeating mantras such as Rama, Amar, Om, Adonai, etc. As well as burn incense and have some music such as the Om, Gregorian Chants, etc.
Later on we received telephatic communication from our extraterrestrial brothers, good thing that in our group we had 2 or 3 antennas so the messages could be corroborated very quickly since often we received the same messages but with different words depending of the person serving as antenna.
Usually on those messages we were told in what part of the planet we should be working later on early morning on the last day of our outing, sending energy to a specific place or to change possible negative events such as earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, contamination, climate change, asteroids hitting the Earth, hunger, etc. that had a big possibility of occurring in the future.
We continued with more meditations until late afternoon, when some members started to prepare and cook the vegetables to make soup. We are all vegetarians or vegans. Our ET brothers would not aproach us closer if we had animal bodies inside of us, due to its lower vibrations. A big part of the outing is to work together, some cook, some clean, some get wood, etc. without anyone telling us what to do, just what you feel like contributing. We usually talk while we are sharing the food and the campfire.
Around that time, the ETs usually let us see that they are supporting our efforts by showing one or more of their spaceships in the night sky.
Sometimes, depending if we as a group reached a very high vibrational level in synchronization with all of us, and if scheduled, we also had the experience of having Xendras. Where some of us are get to go to these dimensional portals where our ET brothers can take us to their ships in astral or to other places. We also had contact with the White Brotherhood when we have reached that level of group's vibration.
At 3:15 a.m. we wake up to do the Main Reason Of Our Outing: To Work For Humanity And Our Mother Earth where is needed the most. It could take us 3 to 4 hours of sending energy to those places or groups of people, we stand in a circle with our hands palm pointing towards the center. Knowing that we are contributing to the change and thankful that our extraterrestrial brothers and sisters helped too since they are allowed to help humanity but only if we do the first steps. With their technology then they will help to modify events so they won't be as catastrophic, as much depending on our efforts.
Then early morning on Sunday, we close our outing by doing our thanks to all the ETs that were with us and a final prayer to God for making the outing possible and to give us the chance to work in his name and be co-creators of our destiny as a humanity. We mostly use the Great Invocation, a prayer that doesn't belong to any religion but to the world.
We then pick up our tents, pick up any debris and garbage we created, say goodbye and leave the outing place.

We regularly meet one day a week to meditate in someone's house and send energy to the world, our day is Saturday when we fast all day, meet at night, meditate, do our work of sending energy as a group, and then we eat and socialize.
There is also the daily work, doing daily meditations and sending energy every day if possible from home. And those of us that are antennas, sometimes we receive telephatic communications at home or in our weekly meditation practices.
