I am Rahel, the Master Custodian of your memories, in connection with the Guardian of Time—the venerable Master Soltien. This return to this space is a call for reconstruction and reconciliation with your past. In essence, it entails reclaiming the roots of Lemuria and the sacred codes that gave life to the Solar Vessel—codes with which the Vessel now imbues you through its vibration.
The custodian of this outer space is a powerful feline (a Puma), serving as a symbol of a protective civilization. Here, various spheres of time converge—spheres that require centering and integration within your inner selves.
The arrival of the Custodians of the Grail—the last knights faithful to the Mother of the Beloved—established a precedent that would later be mirrored by the arrival of the Ark of the Covenant in the Río de la Plata region.
These sacred objects were transported from the Old World to this part of the planet not merely for the purpose of preservation, but to be safeguarded and imbued with energy—ensuring that human beings would serve as the silent custodians of information that would be transmitted, through magnetic resonance and vibration, to all those who entered within their powerful magnetic fields.
This is a space where a portal was once sealed—a portal that, in its origin, led to the Blue Base. It was temporarily closed and sealed off to withstand the onslaught of dark forces and negative rituals.
Yet, true maturity arrives when the evolution of consciousness enables the individual to wisely navigate the profound decisions required for personal transformation and spiritual transcendence.
Fear and doubt are merely vestiges of a past era—a time when certain individuals lost sight of their true purpose, allowing themselves to be swept away by a voracious lust for power that ultimately interfered with the unfolding of this sacred journey.
It was a journey that brought forth brother-beings filled with the Spirit of Christ in their hearts and way of life—guided always by the indelible image of His Beloved and Pure Mother.
It is within this framework that, thousands of years ago, a great transformation and transition began to take shape regarding the ways and means of containing and encapsulating information within vessels known as Solar Discs.
This information was drawn from the Master Crystal—which safeguarded it within its time capsule across various levels of vibration and frequency—with the specific objective, on the part of the Elders of the Galaxy as well as the Celestial and Central Hierarchies, that only a select few—those who were truly prepared—would be granted access to such knowledge.
Furthermore, under the guidance of these higher authorities, these chosen few were entrusted with the responsibility of correctly disseminating this knowledge to those representatives of the various ethnic groups and of the Atlantean civilization who were ready to receive it.
However, not everything that was suggested and directed was fully understood, nor was it utilized appropriately. They have arrived at this juncture because a specific aspect of the collective consciousness needs to retrieve and acknowledge its past connection to this portal—to understand why it was closed, and what is entailed in opening and sustaining it for the common good.
A subsequent journey will serve to seal that past—a past that the present moment is now rectifying through a transcendental guidance that offers opportunities for coordination, specifically regarding the embracing of the path of Forgiveness.

The word—encompassing *Was*, *Is*, and *Will Be*—is sacred to the Being of Consciousness; Love serves as its guiding principle; and Forgiveness stands as the voice of a profound sense of gratitude—both toward oneself and toward all those who share in the ideal of silent sacrifice for the common good.
Here, the Pure Men—the Cathars—who escaped from France set foot in their sandals. Into this space, they brought eternal grace and gratitude to the Mother Superior—the Maiden of the Christ—who, within her womb, illuminated the return of the Light of the World. She was, and is, the melody of a nightingale and the fragrance of a honeysuckle blooming in the springtime of realization.
I am Soltien, the Lord of Time. I foretell a new spectrum of realizations for those who stand defined amidst change and decision, and I grant a span of time to bring to fruition that which was once established—that which was destined to be activated and renewed through the power to transform your memories and unite them within a greater purpose.
