Mentally, we can project our vision to other places when we close our eyes. We all have seven bodies and the mental body is one of them.
In meditation it's a useful tool to go to the past and see events as they occurred, one good exercise is to go and see Master Jesus as he preached 2000 years ago.
Another exercise is to go to a particular place like the pyramids of Egypt and see what's under them.
It's nice to meditate in a group so we can compare what each other saw during the meditation.
The militaries of big countries use it to spy.
We can use it to see probabilities of something happening in the future and change it if needed.
