Fourth planet of the solar system. The people who live there are in the fifth dimension of consciousness.
The planet was full of life like Earth but there was a nuclear war between them that almost destroyed the planet. Today there are two classes of people, the Nordic type and others of a smaller stature, mutants of radiation by war.
They learned their lessons and there is peaceful coexistence among them. Most live in caves within their Grand Canyon.

"Water ice usually evaporates in this region of Mars due to the temperature and pressure conditions near the equator. The same applies to chemically bound water: the right combination of temperature, pressure, and hydration must be there to keep minerals from losing water. This suggests that some special, as-yet-unclear mix of conditions must be present in Valles Marineris to preserve the water – or that it is somehow being replenished."

Cydonia - City on Mars
"Extraplanetary Archaeology - authorities are quick to dismiss perhaps the most important scientific discovery in Human history: literal mountains of irrefutable scientific data, showing that an intelligent, technically sophisticated

There is a face on Mars. A huge stone, human face: about a mile long, a half mile wide and a quarter mile high. If you believe this, people will laugh at you. There are also pyramids on Mars. At 41° north latitude of our second nearest planetary neighbor, there is an area we modern Earthlings call Cydonia, where exists an elaborate complex of massive and obviously artificial structures - everything about them based on something the ancients called Sacred Geometry.
There's literally mountains of scientific data to back this up; but NASA, government officials, professional skeptics and "mainstream scientists" will (sometimes between flamboyant fits of sensationalism), tell the masses, through the media, how laughably dangerous it is to jump to conclusions about something so mind-bogglingly incredulous as that; and other things which everybody knows are true, and how ridiculous that may just happen to sound. Just thinking along those lines is sadly disrespectful to science, itself.
But make no mistake: there is incontrovertible evidence for the artificiality of the Cydonian structures, long predating any known civilization - on Earth, or anywhere else."

Mars civilization destroyed by nuclear explosion: Harvard scientist finds evidence
"John Brandenburg, an astrophysicist, researcher, and scientist at Harvard University, is convinced that an ancient civilization on Mars was destroyed by a nuclear war. Such a hypothesis is a bit shocking and looks like a script for an apocalypse movie, but Brandenburg assures that he has evidence."

According to Jorjani, each planet has a certain amount of isotopes of different chemical elements, and the isotopic ratio of xenon-129 is the same throughout the solar system. Except for Mars.
Brandenburg's study indicates that the high concentration of xenon-129 in the atmosphere of Mars, as well as uranium and thorium on the planet's surface, confirms his theory of a nuclear explosion."
